Driving force behind Metropica – a premier mixed-use development in the heart of Sunrise, FL. Fully involved with the project which will encompass 2,800 residential units, 650,000 square feet of office spaces, and 400,000 square feet of retail space.
Joint venture partner with IBEX Group in multi-family units in Texas.
Founded Sagaz Industries in 1980, a manufacturing and distribution entity with international operations. Sold to Pennzoil in 2000 (now owned by Shell).
Born in Uruguay but a permanent resident of Miami since 1980.
Jordan Kavana Partner
Over 10 years of experience in investing and operations in real estate and consumer products.
As Director of K Group, he is operating several real estate and equity investments including Metropica.
Successfully acquires and operates a multi-family portfolio of rental communities in Florida, Mississippi and Alabama and is implementing a strategic growth strategy to obtain 10,000 additional apartment units in the next five years.
Previous to K Group, he created and operated an international consumer products company with operations in Florida, Arkansas, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. Transacted over $40 million with companies such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy and Walgreens.
Michel Besso Director
30+ years in real estate, investments and finance. Heavily involved in the development of Sawgrass Commons and other land and retail developments and acquisitions in Sweetwater, Plantation, Miami Gardens and West Dade.
Introduced and executed new office building ownership model for medical community.
Heavily involved in Metropica including daily operations and finances.
Former Treasurer of Sagaz Industries for ten years.
Born in Bogota, moved to Miami in 1978. Fluent in English, Spanish and French.
